De'Amber Harris has proven to be a very inspirational leader. I was involved in the "Fit Club" reluctantly, but her enthusiasm inspired me to participate. I did very well during the three months of participation allocated during the crucial Holiday Seasons. De'Amber was instrumental in keeping me in check regarding my weight as well as my Blood Pressure. Her approach and her methods are very positive and uplifting. De'Amber thank you for the herb "C-FU and Comfrey Fernugreek" (Colds/Flu) This is a very good supplement from New Body Herbal Products that really works! I was taking prescription medication for 3 days and the mucus was still building up and not moving, but thanks to the great customer service that was so convenant and swift by De'Amber Harris in 2 days of the recommended usage, the cold and mucus is moving out aggresively and I felt 90% better, no fever, no coughing, and no sneezing.

This is an amazing person who has help me to turn my life around and get on the right track. I was referred to Fitness And Nutrition Services by my co-worker who was seeing De'Amber for work-out services, I have never experienced a Women's Personal Trainer and Nutrition that is all about your health and cares so much about people. At the time I could not afford the work-out services so I was seeing her for nutrition services. De'Amber created me a diet plan to follow for 7 days telling me what to eat and what to avoid, I was eating burgers and fries and all kind of fast foods all the time and rarely cooked healthy veggies. I met with her for my consultation visit and she was so full of energy and very beautiful and very well in shape, I was very embarrased about my body from all the greasy foods that I have been eating, but once we met and I told her how I felt she really made me feel good about myself even being over weight, she really boost my self esteem level, I felt like we was old friends because of her personalilty. She immediately took my BP and explain the normal levels and abnormal levels to me. I first met De'Amber at the Tara Discount Mall in Riverdale Ga. Ms. Harris had a booth out there that she was working and operating her Fitness and Nutrition Business. My family and I was coming from church and I was not feeling well, I had a very bad headache that had been going on for two days, I wanted to go home to get some rest, but my wife and two daughters wanted to go to the mall. Bad as I was feeling I said ok and we proceeded to the the mall, as we walked into the mall I saw a booth Fitness and Nutrition Services and a large sign that said "FREE BLOOD PRESSURE CHECK" WALK-INS WELCOME! I told my wife let's go over to that booth so that I could get my blood pressure check because I was feeling horrible. When we got inside her booth she greeted me and my family with a big warm, welcome smile. I asked her could I please get a free Bood Pressure Check because my head was really hurting, and she said Oh Yes! come over and let me check you out. I felt like I was at a doctor's office because she is not just a Personal Trainer she does everything, she did all of my medical screenings and has herbs for any and everything you need. To make a long story short my Blood Pressure was extremely high and that explain the headache, and why I was feeling very bad. She also question me about other health conditions such as Diabetes and Cholesterol and family history test have I had, and at the time I have not seen a doctor in over a year in a half. I let her do all of my health screenings and even had the whole family to get tested for all the screenings also. I found out that I had Diabetes and it was very high, my Cholesterol was high and my Blood Pressure was 173/92 and I was well over weight, that really explain why I was feeling very bad. She referred me to a physician in my area and requested that she was even going to follow-up with me in 2 weeks by phone. My wife and two daughters screenings was fine. I thank god for that day because I think I was sent to her for a reason because of my illnesses that really needed medical attention. We did not do any shopping that day because my wife was really concern of the test results, she just wanted me to go home and get some rest so I could possibly see a doctor on monday morning. Also her services was very professional and the fees was reasonable, and what I like the most was my family did not have to wait on the test results, she gave us copies of everything we needed and explain everything to us that day. I am really glad that my family wanted to come to the mall, because if not, I don't know what would have happen to me, I am calling for an appointment in the morning to get further treatments and medication. I really think she was an Angel sent down to save me in my time of sickness and in need.

I was referred to Mrs. Harris by my cousin Gwen who had purchase herbal products from her before. I called her up and she immediately gave me an appointment and a free consultation visit. She is one of the most professional people that I have ever met. Great personalilty and very educated and gifted. I took alot of her business cards and have been giving them out to anyone who is looking for health and fitness or even herbs. I will say if anyone is looking for a really good natural body cleanser you really need to try out the (CKLS) 7 day cleanser with the Olive Oil, an experience you will not forget. Trying to live a healthy lifestyle has proven to be hard at times and challenge for others. I was a proud participant of the "FIT CLUB" with other co-workers that De'Amber Harris introduced at my place of employement. Hi my name is Travis Waters, everyone calls me "T", I have been ordering natural herbs from Ms. Harris for about two years now, I usually order CKLS, Fo-Ti-Tieng, 4P-G and Yohimbe, I met her at a Atlanta Local Health Fair, she was a vendor. Ms. Harris had everthing you could possibly have in health. I had been feeling very tired alot lately and could not explain why. I spoke with Ms. Harris about this and she ask me was I taking any vitamins with Iron and have I ever had a colon cleanser before? I explain to her that I don't take anything not even vitamins, I was so surprise that she knew so much about health and the human body, I was standing there with my mouth open, she need MD behind her name. I started with De'Amber January 5th, 2008, I was very excited to start the program with her and very rightly so. First and formost, her professionalism was pleasantly surprising as nowadays customer service and dedication is something you don't see every day. Not only was she very professional but working out with her was very fun and exciting. I looked forward to our sessions and although the work was indeed hard the laughter and excitement made it fun and worthwhile. Also her products, namely CKLS, are wonderful, the CKLS also works great by itself and along with the fitness program to aid in weight loss and eliminating waste from the body.
